Following a look at seed banks Peppermint is looking at
habitat restoration. Also called rewilding, habitat restoration is an important
way to combat climate change and its impacts. By returning an area of land to
its original state species numbers can be increased, reducing extinction risk.
Afforestation will also help to reduce carbon dioxide levels, clean the air and
stabilize slopes, among other benefits.
