Peppermint and the sustainable diet


Last month was all about food waste, February sees Peppermint delving into the chasm which is sustainability. A quick look at sustainable diets and the ever-present question of can we produce enough when global population is growing exponentially? Being so small, less than 3in, Peppermint requires very little to be full. But with humans we need far more and that’s before pets and farm animals. Apart from having a plant-based diet or at least eating less meat the best thing for us to do is simply eat less over all. What do you think?
