Last month was all about food waste, February sees
Peppermint delving into the chasm which is sustainability. A quick look at
sustainable diets and the ever-present question of can we produce enough when
global population is growing exponentially? Being so small, less than 3in,
Peppermint requires very little to be full. But with humans we need far more
and that’s before pets and farm animals. Apart from having a plant-based diet
or at least eating less meat the best thing for us to do is simply eat less
over all. What do you think? Would you be satisfied with having less on your
plate? #blogging #pepperminthtecandycanezebra #environment #environmintleaf
